National baseline assessment reports of wastewater treatment infrastructure

Within the EU4Green Recovery East programme, baseline assessments of wastewater treatment infrastructure were carried out in Armenia, Moldova and Ukraine in December 2025. Conducted by UNIDO in cooperation with OiEau, these assessments provide an evidence base to improve treatment performance, enhance energy efficiency, and support resource recovery from wastewater, informing programme interventions for 2025–2028. Summaries of the assessment reports are published below.
