This tender is being launched by the Office International de l'Eau (OiEau), one of the implementing partners of the EU4Green Recovery East programme.

The assignment aims to support the preparation of a joint, transboundary integrated River Basin Management Plan (RBMP) for the Prut river basin, shared by Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. The selected service provider will screen and compare existing national river basin management plans in the three countries, compare methodologies, identify gaps, and deliver a roadmap for developing a transboundary integrated RBMP, in line with the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD).
