The tender is being launched by the International Office for Water (OiEau), one of the partners of the EU4Green Recovery East (EU4GRE) programme (2025-2028).

The purpose of this assigment is to provide maintenance, technical support, security, performance optimisation and functional development services for the EU4GreenRecoveryEast website and its associated sites, which were all developed using the Joomla CMS. 

Main tasks include:

  • Technical maintenance and updates
  • Performance optimisation
  • Security and backup
  • Development and enhancements
