The tender is being launched by UNIDO, one of the partners of the EU4Green Recovery East (EU4GRE) programme (2025-2028).

The assignment aims to support the Technology Foresight exercises implemented under the EU4Green Recovery East programme, which will serve as a strategic planning instrument for Armenia and Moldova on Circular Economy throughout the duration of the project and beyond.

The foresight process is designed to support:

  • National institutions (Ministries of Economy, Environment, Innovation agencies)
  • Business support organizations and CE Hubs established under the programme.
  • Industry associations and private sector stakeholders engaged in priority value chains.
  • Academic and research entities contributing to innovation ecosystems.
