Call for Tender - Assessment of implementation of programmes of measures (POM) at country level (Ukraine)

The tender is being launched by the International Office for Water (OiEau), one of the partners of the EU4Green Recovery East (EU4GRE) programme (2025-2028).

This assignment aims to support the Ukrainian authorities in conducting a country-level assessment of the implementation of Programmes of Measures (PoMs) under the Water Framework Directive (WFD). Specifically, the assignment aims to assist the Water Resources Management Department of the State Agency for Water Resources (SAWR) and the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in compiling, verifying and analysing data on the implementation status of PoMs by the end of 2025.
