Call for tender - Supporting the Preparation of the Nature Restoration Implementation Framework in Ukraine

The tender is being launched by the Environment Agency Austria (UBA), coordinator of the EU4Green Recovery East programme (2025-2028).
The tender is being launched under the EU4Green Recovery East (EU4GRE) Programme to support Ukraine in aligning its environmental legislation with the EU acquis under Chapter 27, specifically focusing on the EU Nature Restoration Regulation (NRR). The Programme is seeking national technical experts across six thematic areas (Water, Forest, Agricultural, Urban, and Marine Ecosystems, as well as Restoration of Species, Habitats, and Pollinators) to assist the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine. Selected experts will review baselines, identify implementation gaps, and propose evidence-based restoration measures to support the development of the Nature Restoration Regulation Specific Implementation Plan (NRRSIP) and its action Roadmap. Individual Service Contracts will be awarded per thematic LOT.
