This tender is being launched by the International Office for Water (OiEau), one of the implementing partners of the EU4Green Recovery East programme.

The assignment aims to support the implementation of the EU4Green Recovery East programme in Moldova by providing expertise and coordination support across the 5 components of the programme. 

The assignment will run indicatively from December 2026 until November 2028.
